2024-2025 San Ramon PTA Registration
Parents need to register students on two sites, here at srepta.com and with NUSD via Aeries.
Registration forms need to be completed online or printed and returned to your child’s teacher or to the main office no later than August 30th.
After you complete the online registration, you will be directed to sign the Student Waiver and be sent a confirmation via email.

Dear San Ramon Families,
I would like to send a heartfelt welcome to our new and returning families! We are looking forward to a school year filled with learning, growth, and fun for the students and families of San Ramon Elementary School.
The San Ramon Elementary School PTA is committed to finding ways to engage students and support their learning. The PTA provides funds directly to our school to support things like: literacy, technology, art programs, school garden, music, Universal Access, assemblies, and so much more. The PTA also plans fun events such as Movie Night, Multicultural Festival, Dolphin Jamboree, and others.
It is so important for our parents to join the PTA to ensure that the wonderful PTA-lead activities continue to happen. Parent participation and engagement is essential to a quality education for our children.
Please consider becoming a PTA member at a cost of $15. You can do so by filling out this PTA registration package and waiver (please note: this is separate from the Aeries Registration that is through NUSD).
Please join us at our first PTA event, Sneak Peek from 4-6 pm on Wednesday, August 21st. This is a chance for you to learn more about the PTA, meet other families, and find out who your child’s teacher is. TK/Kindergarten Orientation for students and families is on Wednesday, August 21st at 9:00 am.
A PTA waiver must be filled out for your child to participate in any PTA sponsored event, regardless of PTA membership status. Please complete the waiver and turn it in at Sneak Peek or to the San Ramon Office. Make sure to include all family members who might participate in school activities throughout the year, such as siblings or other caregiving adults. Remember to list any allergies or write “none!”
As always, if you have the means to financially support our school, we would greatly appreciate it. We are starting the school year with the annual giving campaign, and any donation amount is greatly appreciated!
We also ask for a donation of $5 per student to help San Ramon with emergency supplies such as bulk food, water, medical supplies, and other emergency equipment so the San Ramon community is ready in the event of a disaster. These supplies need to be updated annually to remain fresh. In the event of a disaster, the needs of all students will be met, regardless of your contribution. Donations can be made when completing the PTA registration.
